Description

The Probe Indentation Visual Inspection Device can import CAD or specific format coordinate data files, accurately locate the specified points for detection, and automatically identify and calculate the coordinates, shape, size and other data of the feature graphics in the product, thereby determing whether the product meets the design and processing requirements.

The FCT (Functional Testing) / ICT (In-Circuit Testing) station's functional test fixture is tested for the correct position of the probe point, as a verification use, to ensure that the fixture is quickly put into production. The customers simply need to import the coordinate data and locate the Mark point to quickly detect whether the position of the fixture probe point meets the standard, and the average detection speed is as high as 0.65ms/point.
